Standards of Excellence Award: In 2014 The Golf Club at South Hampton was one of five local golf courses and in 2015 The Golf Club at South Hampton was one of three local golf courses to earn the Northern Chapter of the North Florida PGA’s inaugural Standards of Excellence Award for contributions to growing the game of golf and supporting both PGA and Community Initiatives.
Florida’s First Coast of Golf: The Golf Club at South Hampton was named the 2012-2013 Member of the Year by Florida First Coast of Golf. The club beat out TPC Sawgrass and World Golf Village in addition to many other first rate facilities in Northeast Florida.
Golfadvisor.com: In 2014 The Golf Club at South Hampton was ranked twice as a top 10 course in the United States for Best Golf Experience and Best Course Conditions.
Various PGA Awards: The entire management team, Derek DiStefano, Jim Houston, and Willy DiStefano are all local PGA Award winners. The Golf Club at South Hampton and Willy DiStefano have earned the Merchandiser of the Year Awards for Public Facilities each of the last two years.
